Taney County Health Department Invites Residents to Provide Feedback via Survey

The Taney County Health Department (TCHD) invites all Taney County residents to participate in the 2018 Community Health Assessment (CHA). Completed every 3 years, the CHA helps to identify the County’s strengths and concerns on a range of topics that affect resident, business and community health. Responses are anonymous and your input will help influence the direction of both TCHD and other community leaders for the next three years. “This survey is a great way for the concerned citizens of Taney County to have their voices heard,” said Nathan Koffarnus, Epidemiologist for the Taney County Health Department. “More responses mean better data for us to analyze and that will ultimately lead to more effective public health programs in our community.” The health department is asking for your help to make this CHA successful. The online version of the survey is available here: If you would prefer to take the survey via paper, please contact the health department at 417-334-4544 ext 224.
