Daycare Centers

All licensed day care centers are inspected under the state guidelines. The environmental portions of the inspections include sanitation, health and safety. Any questions involving day cares may be answered by calling the State Department of Health Child Care Department.

Lodging

Lodging facilities include area motels, hotels, resorts, and bed and breakfasts. These are inspected on a regular basis under state guide lines for health, safety, and sanitation. These inspections are for state licensure.

Sewers and Septic Systems

The Taney County Sewer District regulates septic systems in Taney County. Any new or repair of an existing system must be permitted and inspected by the sewer district.
