The state of Missouri requires a notarized application to be submitted thirty (30) days prior to the event, along with all appropriate fees per event by the licensed artist. The license is in effect for fourteen (14) days.

The Taney County Health Department requires a copy of the temporary license issued by the State of Missouri and the purchase of a temporary Taney County Health Permit prior to the scheduled event.
